Exciting News: ZipList Featured Partner

Sweet 2 Eat Baking ZipList

ZipList

I have some super exciting news, Sweet 2 Eat Baking has just partnered with ZipList! This also means there’s added functionality to Sweet 2 Eat Baking. *happy dance* You can now save recipes from the recipe posts on this site.

What is ZipList?

ZipList is a free online recipe box. With Ziplist you can create and manage your grocery shopping list, find and save your favourite recipes from across the web and share with your entire family – for free. After you sign up, with a click of a button, you are able to save recipes and their ingredients to your online recipe box. If you already have certain ingredient(s), it’s easy to remove them individually or change the quantities ready for your next grocery shop.

How do I access my ZipList recipe box, shopping list, and meal planner?

For ease of use, I have provided links to your online ZipList shopping list, recipe box, and meal planner in the main navigation bar under Sweet 2 Eat Baking’s header image. See above for a screenshot. Just hover your mouse over the word “ZipList” and a drop down menu will appear with options for you to select from.

How do I save recipes from Sweet 2 Eat Baking?

On each recipe post there is a section featured with a recipe. In that area, on the right, you can find the ZipList save recipe link just above the small photo shown. See below screenshot for example.
N.B. This feature was implemented on June 25th and therefore may not show on older recipes. For older recipes, you can still print or PDF the recipes easily on this site by clicking the Print icon which can be found just above the comments section on the right area of horizontal networking icons.

Sweet 2 Eat Baking ZipList

I love that I can easily plan a weeks worth of grocery shopping while finding new recipes from fellow food bloggers, sites such as Martha Stewart, The Food Network and much more. And all this doing what I love to do every day; browsing sites for recipes! 😉 All your favourite recipes all in one place too.

If you have any further questions, comments, or problems using the ZipList features, feel free to contact me.

Now, onto a completely different topic! Here in the UK, the Irish brand KerryGold is one of the mainstream brands of butter. It’s so widely know that I don’t know of anyone that hasn’t heard of KerryGold. So I was completely surprised and happy when they contacted me asking for permission to link to a certain post on Sweet 2 Eat Baking.

Do you remember these olympic themed party cupcakes I made for my future sister in law for her sons’ olympic themed birthday party back in April? The US KerryGold have wrote an article on the olympics and featured my olympic cupcakes. I’m not sure if KerryGold is as widely known in the states as it is here but I feel very honoured. Especially since they’re not the best photos, I had to use my cell phone to take the photos at the actual party as I was completely out of time (but that’s all on the olympic themed party cupcakes post).

You can see what KerryGold wrote here.

Love your website, but the fonts give me a headache. I'm sure a 32 something blogger doesn't have eye problems but my 50 year old eyes can't take it. Just a thought.
