Honeywell Bakes Review and Giveaway
Rebecca and Rosie Honeywell created Honeywell Bakes in 2012 after having much success designing and creating dessert tables. Having inherited the baking gene from their mother, it seemed natural for these sisters to use their Jedi skills for good, offering stylish [and beautiful] iced biscuit gift sets in addition to their bespoke dessert tables.
The first thing you’ll notice is the spectacularly beautiful web design. Fresh and modern yet with vintage notes. Not to mention the amazingly decorated biscuit sets and the beautiful photography by Rebecca herself. See, I told you… Jedi!
Honeywell bakes sent me some complimentary biscuit sets to review. I received the following gift sets…
Upon arrival, which was spectacularly quick especially as all items are freshly made on order, the biscuits arrived in a beautiful box with the Honeywell Bakes logo tied up with pretty turquoise bakers twine and a little fancy cut tag. Ingredients/nutritional information/storage instructions is on the bottom of the box too – always very helpful.
The biscuits themselves are perfectly cut, rolled and baked with a sugarpaste (rolled fondant) layer and beautifully topped off with royal iced details/decorations. They taste wonderful too! I really didn’t want to eat them and destroy them but I couldn’t resist, they were calling me!
Overall, I’m delighted with the biscuits, and service. Rebecca and Rosie have always been quick to respond to my emails and have always been nothing but polite and patient. Therefore I would certainly recommend Honeywell Bakes to anyone looking for that special bespoke gift for a loved one.
