Banana Cream Pie I have a weird relationship with bananas. Don't get me wrong, I love them, but I like them when they're under ripe. That almost yellow colour but still a bit green. Frankenstein bananas FTW! If they're a tad overripe, I won't eat them. It's just how I roll. So when I made this banana cream pie I obviously had to let the bananas go speckly and ripe. Funfetti Cake Batter Fudge No bake, no box mix, yet replicates the taste of cake batter. This melt in your mouth Funfetti Cake Batter Fudge is delicious and has a wonderful textured crunch from the sprinkles. Sprinkles make me happy. I love everything about them. The variety of happy colours, fun shapes, their sweet taste, the crunch, everything. They remind me of beautiful rainbows after a dull rainy day. Which is pretty ironic since they're rainbow colours. English Coconut Macaroons I cannot quite believe that English macaroons are now deemed to be old-fashioned, and less sophisticated than their French namesakes. Who decided this?! Maybe it's because they're far easier to make than their French cousins? I certainly don't agree with that statement. Firstly, they make a perfect tea time treat.
