Yield: 8x8" fudge

Coca-Cola (Coke) Fudge

Love Coke? Me too - try Coca-Cola in edible form with this Coke fudge recipe.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp cola flavouring, see notes
  • (optional) brown food colouring, see notes

Instructions

  1. Pour the condensed milk and white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the white chocolate chips are almost completely melted. DO NOT OVERHEAT! Stir until completely blended, melted and smooth.
  2. Immediately add the cola flavouring and taste test. If necessary, add more cola flavouring and combine thoroughly.
  3. Transfer to an 8x8-inch aluminium foil-lined baking pan. Leave to set either in the refrigerator or at room temperature. If you live in a hot and humid climate, it’s preferable to allow to set in the refrigerator.
  4. Once set, cut into cubes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Notes

  • I got my Cola flavouring from Sainsbury’s in the UK. You can also use LorAnn Oils Cola flavouring also, but adjust to taste as it’s usually more concentrated.
  • For the food colouring, I used a mixture of dark brown with a hint of red to get the Cola colouring. However, this is completely optional.

Wow, I would have never thought to put cola in fudge - looks yummy! Too bad they don't create a soda pop bottle that evaporates after it is empty - then no one would ever know how many cola's you drink in a day! LOL

Haha, I need those evaporating pop bottles. Maybe I should burn the evidence?

Thanks for stopping by, Kim. Have a great weekend.

    YUM!
And I love how you decorated it with Haribos tangtastic (or I hope it was) - I am addicted to it!

    Cheers

Thanks Uru, and you’re right – the cherry and the coke bottle Haribo Tangfastic. I love them too, love all sweets [maybe a little too much].

I haven't had any kind of soda in about ten years. Every now and then I get a craving, and looking at these pics definitely has me craving soda and the fudge. Yum!

The great thing about this recipe is that you don't need actual soda, it's flavouring. So you can make them pretty much any flavour you want. :) Not that I could go without Coke for 10 years. The thought terrifies me!

Thanks for stopping by, Laura. Hope you're having a great weekend.
